It's "in the bag" for KErry.
Needing 270 electoral votes to win, Kerry's got a predicted284 on one site, between 270 and 290 on another, and 316(!) on another. I hope Bush is packing up the White House and getting his Crawford Ranch ready for his arrival (although he's spent half of his presdency on vacation already). Maybe he can find some good luggage here. That's one purchase I wouldn't mind my tax dollars going towards.

He's the damned incumbant and he's only a couple of points outside of the margin of error... that's pretty pathetic. And that's only because he's been appealing to his base. Sure, he might get 70% of the vote in Texas, instead of the 60% he got in 2000, but it won't make damned bit of difference in the electoral race. And if he wins the popular vote but loses the electorate, all the whiney Repugs will be boo-hooing about how "unfair" it is.
